Explain something to me. When inner-city African-Americans feel "frustrated" (or "disenfranchized" or whatever the latest buzz-word may be) and they riot, burn buildings, loot, overturn cars, pull out passengers and smash their skulls with large stones, kill cops, etc., the public is bombarded with messages from liberals, social scientists, etc., about how we need to be more "understanding" and try to empathize with them and their plight, blah blah blah. Try to put ourselves in their situation, we are told.
When a white man does basically the same thing (causes death and destruction), we are NOT bombarded with pleas for sympathy and understanding.
Why?
