I think the problem is we coddle kids too much. Jesus, I was just stuck behind a school bus because it stopped every 20 feet to let out a child. Why? Because it is inconvenient to have good old fashioned bus stops anymore where children may actually have to walk beyond the end of their own drive ways to catch a school bus.
Let me guess... you think there should be a Federal "sensitivity" program for kids and parents. You feel we should BAN teasing in the schools. Oh, yeah, that'll work. Afterall, we banned illegal drugs and they're nowhere to be found, right?
I think a big problem is that kids AREN'T allowed to experience adversity at young ages. Either the teacher doesn't say or do the politically correct thing, or perhaps it's a Little League coach who "traumatizes" a child by not letting the child be in the starting lineup.
